Jason is the founder and Managing Partner of Edge Realty Advisors, and began his commercial real estate career at 19. With experience spanning development, acquisitions, leasing, property management, and financing, he brings a rare full-picture view to every deal — from small retail and restaurant leases to large-scale educational facility leases and acquisitions. He has been involved in the leasing, acquisition, or financing of over 1 million square feet and has closed hundreds of transactions.

Stephan started out at a hospitality leasing firm, filling hotel F&B programs and matching tenants to space that fit their criteria. He has since worked with large brokerages on deals across hospitality, fitness, and office. A retail background before real estate gives him an owner's lens — and a habit of backing exciting concepts as they expand across New York.
